Talent & Learning Expertise Manager (HR): Designing and delivering talent management and organizational development programs for Taiwan and SEA with an accent on leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Location: Linkou or Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do
- Deploy global Talent & Learning strategies and solutions within the local Taiwan and SEA context.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, localization, and execution of global leadership development programs.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate organizational challenges into effective L&D interventions.
- Design and implement targeted local learning solutions where gaps exist in global frameworks.
- Drive the adoption of career development strategies and strengthen the internal talent marketplace.
- Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as a local subject matter expert to improve solution relevance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People and Organizational Development, focusing on L&D and talent management.
- 5+ years of experience consulting with senior leaders and key stakeholders to influence outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading large-scale workshops and conferences.
- Strong presentation and writing skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Master’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed corporate environment.
Nice to have
- Coaching experience or professional accreditation.
- Previous experience working in a consultancy firm.
- International work experience.
