Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize recruiting workflows and operational processes within Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage requisition structures, pipeline integrity, and workflow hygiene across the organization.
• Build, validate, and maintain TA dashboards, operational metrics, and reporting standards.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and reporting inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational guidance for the recruiting team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and People Operations to ensure operational consistency and support change management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or HR Systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience supporting recruiting workflows and ATS operations within Greenhouse.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and auditing recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Ability to pass a government background check or security clearance if required by contract.
• Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with recruiting compliance audits and process governance.
• Familiarity with Jira and operational change management initiatives.
• Background in consulting, government modernization, or mission-driven organizations.
• Strong process documentation and operational training skills.
