What you will do

  • Obtain and verify required documentation for new and existing practitioner files via mail, fax, or phone.
  • Manage high-volume file processing, meeting specific targets for Rehabilitative, Specialty, and Re-Credentialing files.
  • Respond to provider inquiries via phone and email within a 48-hour window.
  • Perform data entry and research within internal systems like Promis, PCT, and SharePoint.
  • Ensure all credentialing activities meet state regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain a minimum 99% accuracy rate across all processed files.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to work from home in the United States with a stable internet connection (minimum 50/10 Mbps).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Typing speed of 45-50 wpm.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional communication.
