TL;DR
Member Fulfillment Specialist (Healthcare): Managing end-to-end health insurance enrollment for small business owners and employees with an accent on carrier portal management and data accuracy. Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO (Must be based in the US and work from the office 2-3 days per week)
Salary: $20.50–$23.08 per hour

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance selections for employees and employers.
- Liaise with insurance carriers via specific portals to process orders and navigate approval workflows.
- Review customer data against carrier eligibility standards to proactively mitigate errors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Licensed Benefits Advisors and Benefits Care teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for carriers to resolve information gaps and plan changes.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for workflow enhancements to increase team efficiency.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of professional work experience, ideally in healthcare or health insurance brokerage.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
- Proven success in metrics-based roles with a focus on data accuracy and hitting KPIs.
- Strong background in high-volume data entry and processing administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills for managing external partner interactions.
- Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week
