What you will do

• Communicate with domestic and international medical professionals and laboratory personnel to obtain missing information for patient samples.
• Track sample collection kits and provide status updates to customers.
• Update internal LIMS databases and maintain shared spreadsheets to track test development progress.
• Assist Data Reviewers in addressing inquiries from clinics and customer support.
• Coordinate report release requests from Genetic Counselors and Customer Support.
• Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA and security regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or clerical roles.
• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills.
