What you will do

• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions with IT, Security, Compliance, and clients.
• Translate business rules and process flows into user stories, system process flows, and wireframes using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Visio.
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) mapping source and target systems.
• Diagram current and future state business and system processes.
• Liaise with pharmacy, sales, marketing, compliance, and legal departments.
• Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology.
• Experience in collecting, defining business requirements, and testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Mason, OH, USA.
