What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze and optimize business workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Support project planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Develop UAT test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing, including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Design value streams and customer experience maps to identify how business capabilities deliver value.
  • Create training materials and help documentation for new or revised systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, design, and controls development.
  • Proven expertise in monitoring business process effectiveness and controls.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
