What you will do
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for strategic DoD/IC/FSI accounts, managing C-suite and technical relationships.
- Develop multi-year success strategies aligning Okta's IAM capabilities with customers' mission objectives and compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison for government security inquiries, including FedRAMP compliance, DISA authorization, and continuous monitoring.
- Orchestrate complex customer escalations across Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Compliance teams.
- Drive application onboarding and adoption by assessing portfolios and designing phased implementation plans.
- Advocate for specialized customer requirements during product roadmap and engineering prioritization discussions.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must remain living in the U.S. while in this role.
- 7+ years of customer success or account management experience focused on DoD, IC, or Federal agencies.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS products, specifically in IAM, cloud security, or zero trust.
- Deep understanding of government regulatory and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DISA).
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-suite and technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Former government security clearance holder (TS/SCI or equivalent).
- Direct experience with Okta products and platform.
