TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York, NY (Minimum 4 days per week in office)

Compensation: $221,000 – $262,000 (Total Target Compensation)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive measurable outcomes, such as reducing acquisition costs and increasing retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on the mParticle platform to maximize customer value through use case enablement.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to execute strategic account plans and influence product direction.
  • Track customer health metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on future goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record supporting high-revenue, large-scale global customers with executive-level communication.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into data-driven success plans and measurable platform adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to partner with internal technical and sales teams.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to meet the on-site work requirement.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
