Location: Must be based in San Francisco (office-centric hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office)
Salary: $160,000 - $181,600

What you will do
- Partner with customers to increase adoption and retention of and its AI-powered features.
- Consult on AI adoption strategies to translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Lead design workshops and storytelling business reviews to articulate value realized.
- Guide organizations through the people, process, and technology shifts of AI transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor for integrating AI features into specific customer workflows.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify AI feature gaps and adoption blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
- Experience helping customers evaluate, adopt, or scale AI tools in their workflows.
- Ability to guide organizations through process and behavioral shifts during technology transitions.
- Data literacy: proficiency with usage data, health scores, and platform analytics.
- Must be based in San Francisco for an office-centric hybrid schedule.
