What you will do

• Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives across cannabis retailers.
• Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of the platform's suite of financial products.
• Identify pain points related to cannabis banking and compliance to offer tailored solutions.
• Develop scalable pitch narratives for the banking team.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer to shape future cannabis banking product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or fintech.
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing a pipeline of deals.
• Ability to articulate products related to loans, lines of credit, trade credit, factoring, and treasury management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and health benefits).
