Senior Data Analyst (HR Tech): Delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions to support product strategy and business decision making with an accent on the full analytics lifecycle and stakeholder partnership. Location: Must be located in either Colorado (CO) or Massachusetts (MA)
Salary: USD 81,000 - 135,000 yearly

What you will do
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven insights and KPI development.
- Query large-scale datasets using SQL in cloud-based environments such as AWS Athena.
- Clean, manipulate, and transform complex datasets using Python (pandas, numpy) for cohort and funnel analyses.
- Develop forecasting models for volume and business performance and support A/B testing frameworks.
- Design and deliver custom data products, including reports, dashboards, and analytical tools, from scoping to presentation.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or consulting analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets (Athena, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be located in either CO or MA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA).
- Experience with scikit-learn.
- Experience in recruitment marketing, HR tech, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling or multi-touch measurement.
- Experience working with large-scale event or clickstream data.
