TL;DR

Salary: $86,380.00 - $129,570.00

What you will do

  • Analyze HR datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights for workforce decisions.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Perform rigorous data validation across HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards using visualization best practices.
  • Maintain and document HR data definitions and business rules to support data governance.
  • Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify anomalies for leadership attention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, workforce analytics, or HRIS reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
  • Strong competency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proven experience conducting trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Location: Must be based in Eagle, ID.
