What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners and teammates to solve complex business problems using data.
• Develop and maintain key metrics and reports to track trends and business health.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations for product decisions.
• Communicate analytical findings and storytelling insights clearly to various stakeholders.
• Conduct business assessments and requirements analysis to ensure successful software and system development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Work authorization: Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub, Snowflake, or Cortex.
• Strong background in research analysis and technical documentation.
• Proven ability in data storytelling with large-scale datasets.
