What you will do

• Perform weekly cash balance monitoring and maintain treasury schedules, including bank fees, interest, and FX sensitivity.
• Execute payments via ACH, wire, and other methods through various online banking portals.
• Administer bank accounts, including the preparation of documentation for opening/closing accounts and managing signatories.
• Oversee company credit card and expense programs, ensuring policy compliance and providing audit support.
• Handle monthly close activities for assigned holding company entities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payment, vendor, and banking processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, or related finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with core treasury functions and online banking portals.
• Experience supporting accounting for international operations in multi-currency environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
• Flexibility to support treasury activities outside standard business hours based on financial institution schedules.
