What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, leading and supporting various integrated workstreams.
• Collaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative departments to develop inspiring agency briefs and concepts.
• Oversee project implementation from concept to final production, including legal clearance and talent management.
• Manage monthly billing, reconcile budgets, and ensure accuracy of estimates and invoices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, including AEs and AAEs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.
• Must be based in New York to support a hybrid work model.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms like Keynote and PDF.
• Superior language and grammar skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
