Location: Remote across Canada (except Quebec) or Hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (min. 2 days/week in office).

Salary: $103,800 – $140,400 CAD

What you will do

• Consult with customers to assess current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements using the hirify.global software suite.
• Execute comprehensive account setup and configuration to align software with customer business processes and best practices.
• Implement efficient document generation and AI-powered workflows for substantive legal tasks like drafting and research.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term product adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype innovative, scalable workflows for complex business challenges.
• Provide thought leadership and creative solutions for overall business process optimization within the legal industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing workflow strategies, preferably in the software or tech industry.
• 2+ years of legal experience and/or training at a paralegal level or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting, research, summarization, or workflow support.
• Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec).
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills with a track record of influencing customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of cloud-based legal technologies and the legal industry.
• Ability to design and build automation processes using Excel, Google Sheets, Slack workflows, or SQL.
