Revenue Operations Analyst (Web3): Managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM to bridge Sales, Finance, and Data Science with an accent on data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting. Location: 100% remote-first (Globally remote). Physical co-working spaces available in Toronto, New York, London, and Singapore.
Salary: CAD $80,000 - $100,000 (for Canada/US)

What you will do
- Own and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the rationalization of the Salesforce instance by eliminating redundant fields and unused objects.
- Drive CRM data hygiene and governance through standardization, deduplication, and quality controls.
- Build self-serve pipeline reporting and dashboards for sales leadership and executives.
- Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Data Science to improve pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude to automate reporting workflows and surface data gaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a fast-growing tech company.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (custom objects, reporting, data management).
- Experience owning CRM governance and optimizing Salesforce instances end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
