What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and plans incorporating benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and maintain the project’s Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Collaborate with design teams and clients to assess cost implications and implement outcomes.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and conduct pricing research for development appraisals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar cost-focused field.
• Minimum 2+ years of cost management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers.
• Proficiency in CostX for producing estimates and bills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
