TL;DR

NCLEX Success Specialist (Healthcare Education): Providing direct support for nursing students to ensure retention and successful NCLEX-RN licensure with an accent on data-driven interventions and student progression. Focus on monitoring KPIs via Power BI, implementing ATI licensure initiatives, and coaching at-risk students to improve licensure outcomes.

Location: Remote, but must be based out of the Bay Area, CA, with travel to campuses in Michigan and Ontario, CA (50% travel required)

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Guide and execute licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to align with the Content Mastery Series and NCLEX success.
  • Lead weekly At-Risk meetings to identify, document, and track students requiring intervention.
  • Manage ATI licensure initiatives, including scheduling reviews, VATI, and Capstone rosters.
  • Analyze Mountain Measurement reports to provide actionable insights to campus leadership.
  • Mentor student ATI Champions and support faculty in implementing ATI policies and training.

Requirements

  • Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Master’s degree in nursing required (Terminal degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of NCLEX experience or 2 years of academic teaching experience.
  • Experience in pre-licensure nursing online teaching utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Must be based in the Bay Area, CA and available for 50% travel.
  • Proficiency with distance technologies such as Microsoft Teams.
