What you will do

• Lead faculty talent management, including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding qualified instructors.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate faculty performance to ensure consistent course delivery and academic excellence.
• Develop and deliver ongoing faculty training and professional development programs.
• Oversee academic operations, including course scheduling and immersion planning.
• Drive student success initiatives by managing escalations and monitoring persistence data.
• Ensure full adherence to academic policies, operational standards, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in the program field required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in education, training, or staff development at the baccalaureate level or higher.
• 1+ year of experience in online teaching.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Required licensure and certifications for professional practice (if applicable).
