What you will do

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contracts, and terminations.
• Act as the key user for SAP HR, ensuring 100% data accuracy and timely reporting for stakeholders.
• Provide HR advice to employees and managers regarding company policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and payroll providers to ensure all payroll requirements are met accurately.
• Oversee benefits administration and resolve related employee queries.
• Monitor local employment legislation to ensure all HR documents and procedures remain compliant.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in HR administration and customer service.
• English: B2 level required.
• Proficiency in SAP HR or similar HR management systems.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
