What you will do
- Manage daily HR administration, core people operations, and confidential employee records.
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure a positive first-day experience for new hires.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and optimize candidate experience.
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and service providers.
- Handle office purchasing, inventory tracking, and budget management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Office Management, or Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must be based in Córdoba, Argentina for daily on-site presence.
