What you will do

  • Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce CRM applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business consultants and clients to define technical requirements and solution architecture.
  • Develop Apex triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and API-based integrations.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Continuously learn and grow expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Guadalajara, Mexico
  • English: C1 proficiency required
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development tools including Flow Builder, Apex, Visual Studio, GitHub, SFDX, and Eclipse/Force.com IDE.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and enterprise application integration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for service processes.
  • Advanced leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, outage management, or mobile field operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience using Data Loader Tool.
