Senior Engineering Manager (Fintech): Leading the development of the Hotels CFAR platform and B2B2C integrations with an accent on scalable API design and partner-facing technical leadership. Location: Remote (USA); must be based in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington D.C.
Salary: $350,000 – $400,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of the Hotels CFAR platform, including pricing, order, and payout infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end partner integrations, from initial scoping and solutioning calls to final deployment.
- Drive the creation of partner management portals and self-serve onboarding tools to scale partner growth.
- Act as the primary technical voice in partner conversations, managing SLAs, performance, and specific requirements.
- Align engineering output with business outcomes such as attach rate, contribution profit, and launch velocity.
- Foster technical excellence through architecture reviews and mentorship of senior ICs.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams building B2B/B2B2C platforms for external partners.
- Strong technical background in backend distributed systems, APIs, frontend SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Direct experience as a customer-facing technical leader running solutioning calls and owning SLAs.
- Comfort with fintech or transactional products involving money movement and pricing engines.
- Proficiency in Scala or Java, REST APIs, OAuth2.0, and GCP or AWS.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with travel distribution landscapes (Sabre, Amadeus, OTAs, or hotel CRS/chain systems).
