What you will do

• Lead a team building platforms to accelerate software shipping and engineer effectiveness.
• Drive the evolution of reproducible cloud environments, CI/CD, and background agent platforms.
• Own technical direction and architecture for remote dev environments and agent orchestration.
• Mentor and grow engineers through coaching and career development.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and adoption of the team's roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in dev infra, build/CI, or distributed systems.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple charters.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or EM for developer-facing platforms.
• Experience with modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and container/VM orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development workflows and their impact on infrastructure.
• Strong technical communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
