Salary: $252,000 — $388,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and develop a team of five Senior and Principal Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Personally deliver agent identity outcomes for strategic accounts by writing production code and designing architectures.
• Define the engagement model for how engineers embed in strategic accounts to move agents from prototype to production.
• Aggregate field-discovered identity gaps and translate them into prioritized inputs for the product roadmap.
• Navigate complex technical and political environments, including architecture review boards and CISO conversations.
• Partner with sales, solutions engineering, and product leadership to scale agent security across the customer base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers or technical field teams with a record of growing senior talent.
• Strong background in shipping production software with the current depth to write code and own architectures hands-on.
• Fluency in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RFC 8693 token exchange, and agentic identity challenges (delegation vs. impersonation, MCP).
• Proven experience delivering complex technical engagements inside enterprise customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both senior engineers and executives (CISO, CIO, Chief AI Officer).
• Ability to travel 35%, including occasional international travel.
