What you will do

• Provide legal support for regulatory compliance, risk management, privacy, and real estate.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex product contracts and commercial agreements.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and oversee outside counsel to coordinate legal strategy.
• Advise on employment law, workplace policies, and internal investigations.
• Support M&A, divestitures, and strategic transactions through due diligence and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with IP counsel on patent and intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in general legal services.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, and commercial matters.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for complex legal issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at a law firm servicing business clients.
• Previous experience as an in-house attorney.
