Salary: $243,936 – $285,000

What you will do
- Develop and lead comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies across regions, channels, and customer segments.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Lead the Commercial Strategy function, including Business Development, Actuary, and Solution Architects.
- Partner with senior leadership to set growth targets and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or commercial leadership.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP level or equivalent).
- Deep experience in healthcare, digital health, or health plans/employers ecosystem.
- Proven track record of closing complex partnerships or enterprise deals with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Must be based in the US, excluding the following states: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI
