What you will do

• Supervise construction field employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Administer the company safety program and perform regular safety audits.
• Utilize accounting reports to monitor job status, identify risks, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and performance for turn-key projects.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with owners, contractors, and architects.
• Oversee material procurement and conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
• Ability to write technical reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report are required.
