What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to support commissioning and startup activities.
• Align field labor, materials, and tools with project schedules and operational demands.
• Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks such as delays or material shortages.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, reports, and project records.
• Facilitate communication between field technicians, project stakeholders, and customers.
• Support the movement of parts and equipment between jobsites as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in construction, field service, or commissioning operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform occasional travel (up to 50%).
• Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with jobsite regulations.
