What you will do

• Conduct job site visits and quality audits to ensure efficient route work completion.
• Perform NIM job audits on new construction and modernization turnovers to identify reliability issues.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and training to field mechanics.
• Analyze accounting reports to monitor route profitability and callback metrics.
• Assist with safety training and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local industry codes.
• Provide technical input for sales bids, including labor and material cost calculations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Miami, FL
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions, diagrams, and mathematical data.
• Strong communication skills for report writing and customer interaction.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report required.
• Experience managing at a branch or departmental level is preferred.
