TL;DR

Bilingual Account Manager (AdTech): Managing client relationships and driving product adoption for an integrated advertising platform with an accent on strategic advising and customer retention. Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office at the downtown Toronto office)

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 plus bonus (Total compensation: $90,000 - $130,000)

What you will do

  • Lead the onboarding process and act as the primary strategic advisor for managed and self-service clients.
  • Monitor account health and campaign performance to identify opportunities for retention, growth, and deeper platform utilization.
  • Champion the customer experience by resolving escalations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and performance discussions to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Analyze consumer behavior data and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to support platform optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • Knowledge of trends and industry standards in Programmatic, SaaS, and media channels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive and C-level leadership.
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office on a hybrid schedule.
