What you will do

  • Manage account and segment strategy and overall relationship accountability for key Telco clients.
  • Grow revenue through new business by initiating prospecting and identifying critical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client executives to define strategic direction and provide thought leadership.
  • Craft and present tailored solutions based on deep industry insight to solve significant business issues.
  • Manage complex negotiations for multi-year agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with solutions architects, product specialists, and marketing to deliver exceptional value.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in account management and development.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale Enterprise accounts specifically within the Telco industry.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience utilizing Solution Selling processes to secure and increase existing revenue.
  • Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with complex procurement processes such as RFPs and regulatory requirements.
