What you will do
- Manage account and segment strategy and overall relationship accountability for key Telco clients.
- Grow revenue through new business by initiating prospecting and identifying critical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client executives to define strategic direction and provide thought leadership.
- Craft and present tailored solutions based on deep industry insight to solve significant business issues.
- Manage complex negotiations for multi-year agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Partner with solutions architects, product specialists, and marketing to deliver exceptional value.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in account management and development.
- 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale Enterprise accounts specifically within the Telco industry.
- Proven track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience utilizing Solution Selling processes to secure and increase existing revenue.
- Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with complex procurement processes such as RFPs and regulatory requirements.
