TL;DR

Allbound Marketing Strategist (Growth Marketing): Leading the Allbound framework for partners to build and deploy full-funnel, intent-based campaigns with an accent on multi-channel GTM execution and HubSpot automation. Focus on developing data-driven dashboards, optimizing pipeline contribution, and utilizing Clay for ICP enrichment.

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere). Note: Certain benefits are restricted to US-based employees.

What you will do

  • Build and launch multi-channel GTM campaigns, including email sequences, workflows, and outbound cadences.
  • Configure and maintain HubSpot properties, lists, and automation to ensure clean reporting and instance health.
  • Develop HubSpot dashboards to provide visibility into MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and channel attribution.
  • Use Clay for ICP list building, data enrichment, and supporting prospecting workflows.
  • Lead partner syncs and coordinate with GTM Engineers, Content Strategists, and Paid Strategists to align execution.
  • Manage project roadmaps and task tracking using ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in GTM, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working to intermediate proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign building and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience executing email marketing programs, including segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret funnel reports and articulate growth gaps.
  • Professional written communication skills for crisp emails and structured meeting recaps.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clay for data enrichment and prospecting.
  • Agency background managing multiple client priorities simultaneously.
  • Basics of Paid Media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and ABM fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Miro, SEMRush, or SmartLead/Lemlist.
