Salary: $23.00 - $28.00/hr + Bonus Structure

What you will do

  • Supervise and train the administrative support team.
  • Manage daily accounting duties, including patient payments and bank deposits.
  • Maintain patient charts, financial records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate patient intake, discharge, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage office supplies and reception operations.
  • Prepare weekly reports and participate in staff meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of general office experience, including one year as an office manager.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting and data entry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and information release protocols.
