Account Executive, Market Access

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $54,000–$76,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

Precision AQ is a market access marketing agency partnering with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to communicate the economic, clinical, and societal value of medical treatments.

What you will do

• Act as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects and manage day-to-day client communications.
• Coordinate project delivery, timelines, milestones, budgets, internal teams, and client expectations.
• Manage quality control, creative brief alignment, project materials, meeting notes, contact reports, and next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure promotional materials meet compliance requirements.
• Prepare client status reports, financial reports, proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and forecasts.
• Identify project risks, out-of-scope work, and budget issues, escalating them to the Account Supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Flexibility for possible travel of up to 5%.
