HR Workplace Investigations Manager

HR Workplace Investigations Manager (Employee Relations): Leading objective and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations concerns with an accent on fact-finding, interviewing, and legal compliance. Focus on identifying systemic trends, documenting findings for leadership, and mitigating labor relations risks.

Location: Onsite in Bastrop, TX. Remote or hybrid work will NOT be considered.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end investigations into complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
• Conduct interviews, take detailed notes, and analyze electronic and physical evidence.
• Debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings and provide reports.
• Analyze data to identify organizational trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and train HR business partners on investigation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bastrop, TX, and travel to various hirify.global sites.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Experience conducting investigations in manufacturing or engineering settings.
• Experience with e-discovery and retrieving electronic records.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Security, and Legal departments.
