What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations following best practices.
• Validate data requirements for implementations, including data migration and integration with external systems.
• Provide end-user training and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and process documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM and ITSM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship (including H-1, L, etc.) will not be provided.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or iterative delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, MCO, WSD, or HRSD.
