What you will do

• Elicit business and data requirements through stakeholder engagement, interviews, and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, customer journeys, and process flows.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring validation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Develop and execute UAT plans, including writing test cases and coordinating with IT testing leads.
• Partner with data experts in the Center of Excellence to validate the feasibility of technical proposals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a BSA Certification.
• Knowledge of the insurance business (Personal Lines, Commercial Auto, and Claims).
• Proficiency in diagramming tools such as UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, or Miro.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, structured testing methodologies, and project management practices.
• Indefinite authorization to work in the US is required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Guidewire Certified Analyst.
• 2–3 years of specific experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations or vendor system implementations.
