What you will do

• Gather and translate requirements from Global Partner Program and Operations teams into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to design and configure self-service tools and digital interfaces for the partner ecosystem.
• Own Out-of-the-Box configurations and integrations between Salesforce, hirify.global’s Partner Portal, and downstream systems.
• Manage system configurations to automate workflows for partner accounts, certifications, and deal registrations.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track partner program performance and pipeline visibility.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate partner-facing solutions and internal workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant.
• Mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM).
• Proven experience connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems and partner portals.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from initial conception to post-deployment support.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations: Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC.
