What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling for interviews, panels, and various recruitment activities.
• Manage rescheduling requests from candidates and internal business partners promptly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview journey.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with the Facilities team to maintain operational continuity.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Requirements

• Active student in 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Business, or related fields.
• Expert level English proficiency (speaking and writing).
• Must be able to work onsite in the Monterrey office on a part-time basis.
• Strong interest in the administrative side of Talent Acquisition.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in HR or coordination.
• Experience with calendar management and professional email drafting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
