What you will do

• Drive full-cycle hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and G&A teams.
• Partner with executives to define talent needs and align on hiring strategies.

• Improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring workflows to drive speed and quality.
• Use data and market insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting decisions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines to enable rapid scaling in response to business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in business functions (Sales, Finance, G&A, or Operations).
• Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Experience acting as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders and executives.
• Must be based in North America and maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
• Applied AI fluency to accelerate repeatable workflows and improve output quality.
• Strong communication skills suited for an async-friendly, globally distributed environment.
