TL;DR

Director, Solution Enablement (Medtech): Leading the strategy and execution of service delivery for high-complexity healthcare accounts with an accent on customer adoption and workflow enablement. Focus on building scalable service delivery operations, optimizing operational efficiency, and aligning service strategy with product evolution.

Location: Must be based remotely within the US

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

  • Define and lead the strategy, structure, and execution of service delivery for high-complexity customer accounts.
  • Drive customer adoption and workflow enablement through training, best practices, and strategic support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to enhance product usability and service effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain standardized service delivery playbooks and operational procedures.
  • Manage software add-ons end-to-end and facilitate first-line solutioning to improve implementation efficiency.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement scalable solutions for recurring customer issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, service delivery, or customer operations.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Experience building and scaling service delivery operations.
  • Strong strategic leadership capabilities and executive presence.
  • Must be based in the United States.
