Salary: $143,000 - $214,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Americas Digital Professional Services strategy to drive growth, execution consistency, and customer value realization.
• Own regional financial performance, including revenue, margins, utilization, and cost control.
• Embed AI and automation across the implementation lifecycle to reduce implementation timelines and accelerate go-live.
• Design scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks and playbooks for SaaS and on-premise solutions.
• Partner with Digital Sales leadership to ensure delivery readiness for large and complex opportunities.
• Manage executive-level escalations and develop leadership capabilities across delivery, PMO, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs.
• Proven experience managing SaaS and/or on-premise implementations (ERP, finance systems, back-office automation).
• Strong ownership of regional financial performance and high-level stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience improving delivery through AI-enabled tools or automation.
• Experience leading migration programs from legacy or competitor platforms.
• Ability to manage blended teams involving delivery partners and internal resources.

• Experience leading large, multi-country teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven data migration, testing, and deployment tools.
• Expertise in building hybrid delivery models (combining human expertise with AI).
• Strong understanding of partner delivery models and governance.
