Client Partner (Fintech)

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $130K – $175K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Act as the primary post-sale contact, owning the client relationship from kickoff through successful adoption.
• Manage multiple simultaneous client engagements, ensuring quality and momentum across accounts.
• Lead executive meetings and steer decisions to maintain project velocity.
• Translate client feedback into product signals for engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic lead throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Project-manage platform onboarding, implementation milestones, and escalation paths.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at the leadership level.
• Ability to organize work in terms of milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Banking or fintech experience is a plus.
