What you will do

• Architect and deploy GTM stacks for high-value customers with hirify.global as the core component.
• Design tailored hirify.global configurations covering data architecture, integrations, and cross-team rollout.
• Execute time-boxed build projects to deliver data models, integrations, sequences, and SDK apps.
• Build custom API integrations and no-code automations using tools like Zapier, N8n, and Make.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and feed critical customer insights back to the Product team.
• Design and iterate on engagement models and self-serve playbooks to scale world-class outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
• 2+ years of experience as a developer, GTM engineer, or in a technical solutions role.
• Deep expertise in GTM tooling and understanding of how sales, CS, and marketing teams operate.
• Ability to architect API integrations live during customer meetings.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to ship JavaScript.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code stacks (N8n, Zapier, Make) and data infrastructure concepts (ETL, reverse ETL, CDPs).
