Salary: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00/yr

What you will do

  • Own the enterprise customer user experience on Starlink.com, covering checkout, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
  • Identify and drive improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and defend decisions internally.
  • Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio, including pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to improve go-to-market processes for new offerings and support enterprise sales engagements with commercial model and product capability Q&A.
  • Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
  • Oversee technical training and development for team members and represent Starlink at global conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or product management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline, or 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must be available for extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
  • ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen/national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
