What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Control Plane team, focusing on orchestration and scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering counterparts to prioritize features and technical initiatives.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Gather market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to develop actionable product insights.
• Drive decisions and results within a distributed team using transparent communication.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies and distributed data stores.
• Proven track record of using AI to accelerate work and own final outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States due to export control and licensing requirements.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with the hirify.global Stack or common use-cases like APM, security analytics, or logging.
• Experience working in open source or commercial open source companies.
• Comfort working in a highly distributed, global team environment.
