What you will do
- Manage day-to-day EMEA benefits operations including private medical, pension, and wellness initiatives across Hungary and other regional countries.
- Coordinate statutory and supplemental leave programs (maternity, paternity, sick leave) in partnership with payroll and HR Business Partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional brokers, insurance carriers, and pension providers to manage enrollments and service levels.
- Ensure EMEA benefits programs comply with local labor laws and maintain up-to-date country-level documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for EMEA employees regarding benefits and leave questions, creating guides and FAQs to support them.
- Support annual renewals and open enrollment cycles, including HRIS data updates, testing, and post-renewal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Total Rewards, or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with EU labor law and benefits practices.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots) and experience working with an HRIS (Workday preferred).
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary for hybrid work.
